New Site, New Deals

The "official" re-launch of the website is a month late, but the wait was worth it. I'm really pleased at how functional the site is, how easy it is to navigate and the new "flash" features for pizazz.  For the internet geeks reading this, the upgrade was done using Drupal and Ubercart.  No more hand-coding and lots more flexibility.

I sent out an email announcing the upgrade and the many vendor promotions going on.  The Buy a driver, get a fairway wood free (Callaway, Nike, Tour Edge); Buy a set of irons, get a free wedge (Callaway, Cleveland); and the ball promotions offered by Srixon (Cleveland) and Bridgestone, are all available at Klees Golf Shop.  I don't have them all on the website yet, but I'm catching up.

Here's what you can expect in the future:

       Videos of stuff happening around the shop (club repairs, club fitting, new product demos)
       Coupons for $$ off clubs, bags, shoes or other golf gear
       Reviews and comments about new equipment

The focus will be on used clubs, collectibles and items you won't find everywhere. I just hope this is successful in what is shaping up to be a very tough season.
